If this is your first time to order your custom designed hitch plug/cover all you need to do is fill out the Initial Contact/Order Form for Custom Hitch Covers/plugs below and submit it. Please include an email and/or phone number. We will use that information to contact you and begin your project. Please put all pertinent instructions for us in the Special Instructions block. We will contact you upon your directions. We will use both email and phone calls to finalize the design. Once you decide on a design we will then ask you to send us a graphic of the design you wish to use in your hitch plug/cover. We will want a high quality graphic to do the best production of your logo. You can even send us a hard copy of the logo and we will scan it and adjust it as required. There will be a small charge for major reworks. Your hitch plug will be a product your company, organization, unit, or squadron would be proud to display. After we agree on the cover shape, design and number in your order, we will send you a paper copy of the design for your approval and signature. At that time we will need a down payment of 50% of the purchase price for setup costs. The down payment will be non-refundable. When your order is complete we will notify you. Just send us the rest of the payment plus shipping, handling, and sales tax if required and we will ship your customized hitch covers to you. Quality Guarantee
